# 4.4 Funktion – Wie wird es gesteuert?
Im dritten Schritt werden die Zonen definiert.\
Hier wird festgelegt, welche Aktion und welches Feedback jede Funktion besitzt.
Beispiele:
* Eine Taste ist eine IN-Zone mit Feedback = TRUE bei Betätigung.
* Ein Zylinder ist eine IN\_OUT-Zone mit Aktionen „Extend“ und „Retract“ und Feedbacks „Front“ und „Rear“.
* Eine Berechnungsfunktion ist eine IN\_OUT-Zone mit Aktion „Start“ und Feedback „Done“.
Jede dieser Zonen wird in der SEQ über die Operanten (S, I, M, 0) in den Zuständen verknüpft.\
So entsteht ein vollständiges Steuerungsverhalten – aus klar definierten Bausteinen.
