# Wie lese ich diese Dokumentation?

**Ziel:** Angst nehmen\
**Inhalt:**

* Dokument ist **nicht linear** zu lesen
* Trennung von:
  * Konzept
  * Struktur
  * Anwendung
  * Referenz
* Erklärung der verwendeten Begriffe & Darstellungslogik

***

### 1. Was du beim Lesen wissen solltest

* Inhalte bauen logisch aufeinander auf
* viele Kapitel sind unabhängig voneinander lesbar
* jedes Thema existiert **nur einmal**
* Wiederholungen werden bewusst vermieden

> **Wenn ein Begriff unklar ist, schlage ihn im Glossar nach.**

***

### 2. Zwei Denkpfade – ein Inhalt

Diese Dokumentation kann auf zwei Arten gelesen werden:

#### 2.1 Analytisch – vom Problem her („Warum?“)

Dieser Pfad erklärt:

* warum klassische Maschinenlogik an Grenzen stößt
* welche Anforderungen daraus entstehen
* warum Selmo so aufgebaut ist, wie es ist

Empfohlene Kapitel:

* Einstieg & Haltung
* Problem & Haltung
* Diagnose, HMI & Dokumentation

👉 Ideal für:

* Entscheider
* Projektleiter
* Safety- & Audit-Verantwortliche

***

#### 2.2 Synthetisch – zum Modell hin („Wie?“)

Dieser Pfad erklärt:

* wie Selmo Maschinen strukturiert
* wie Verhalten modelliert wird
* wie Betrieb, Sicherheit und Diagnose entstehen

Empfohlene Reihenfolge:

1. **Sequence**
2. **Zone**
3. **Bit-Control**
4. **Hardware-Zone**
5. **Hand- & Automatikbetrieb**
6. **CMZ**

👉 Ideal für:

* Automatisierungstechniker
* Inbetriebnehmer
* Entwickler

***

### 3. Was Selmo bewusst nicht erklärt

Diese Dokumentation erklärt **nicht**:

* wie SPS-Code geschrieben wird
* wie ein HMI gestaltet wird
* wie Hardware sicher abgeschaltet wird
* wie Projekte organisatorisch geführt werden

Selmo beschreibt:

> **Was eine Maschine tut,**\
> **wann sie es tut**\
> **und warum sie es darf.**

***

### 4. Wie du ein Kapitel lesen solltest

Jedes Referenzkapitel folgt derselben inneren Struktur:

1. **Warum gibt es dieses Konzept?**\
   (Problem & Motivation)
2. **Was ist es genau?**\
   (klare Definition)
3. **Wie ordnet es sich ein?**\
   (Beziehung zu anderen Elementen)
4. **Wie wirkt es im Betrieb?**\
   (Verhalten, Reaktionen)
5. **Was sind typische Fehler?**\
   (Erfahrungswissen)

Wenn du diesen Aufbau erkennst, findest du dich schnell zurecht.

***

### 5. Empfohlene Einstiege nach Ziel

#### Ich will Abläufe verstehen

→ **Sequence**

#### Ich will Technik und Signale einordnen

→ **Zone**

#### Ich will Überwachung & Logik verstehen

→ **Bit-Control**

#### Ich will Betrieb & Startlogik verstehen

→ **Hardware-Zone**

#### Ich will sichere Bedienung verstehen

→ **Hand- & Automatikbetrieb**

#### Ich will Sicherheit & Integrität verstehen

→ **CMZ**

***

### 6. Wie Selmo „richtig“ verstanden wird

Selmo wird **nicht** verstanden, wenn man:

* nur einzelne Kapitel liest
* nach Abkürzungen sucht
* sofort an Code denkt

Selmo wird verstanden, wenn man:

* in Zuständen denkt
* Erwartungen explizit formuliert
* Verhalten statt Signale beschreibt
* Verantwortung im Modell sucht

> **Selmo ist kein Werkzeug –**\
> **es ist eine Denkweise.**

***

Selmo erzwingt:

* Klarheit
* Eindeutigkeit
* Verantwortung

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://infosys.selmotech.com/selmo-documentation/onboarding/wie-lese-ich-diese-dokumentation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
